A very useful work. Very interesting is that scolopendrium is described as acting on the spleen and that in an old Jewish work [ Ibn Ezra] a sort like action is described with a fascinating story!
For those serious about the study of phytotherapy this is probably already on your reading list. It is especially good for those who prefer the scientific approach. The book consists of a series of monographs on a number of herbs and their descriptions, constituants and medical usage plus useful information on dosage etc.
